You can claim your cannabis prescription online by sending us your prescription in one of the following ways:

We need either:
1. digital prescription with QES and blocking the prescription after it is loaded.
2. a physical prescription at our local pharmacy.
3. electronic prescription with a token (QR code).

Once your physical prescription arrives at our pharmacy, we can proceed with processing your order.

You will then receive an offer from us by email. If you agree, you can simply and securely pay by debit/credit card or invoice.

Please send us the original recipe by post as soon as possible. We can only dispatch your order if we have the original prescription in our pharmacy.

As cannabis flowers and extracts are prescription medicines, we are obliged to ensure that the products are supplied to the correct person. Therefore, we check your identity when the shipment arrives at your address through our shipping service provider.

We deliver exclusively via DHL "Personal Delivery", DHL Express or GO! Express. This ensures that your order is delivered to the correct person, while verifying your identity and age.

What needs to be taken into account?
1. you need a valid ID.

2. When ordering, specify to whom the shipment is to be delivered. Only this person can accept your order.

What happens if I miss a delivery?
A second delivery attempt will be made. Alternatively, you can enter a different delivery location using the parcel number. If the parcel cannot be delivered on the second delivery attempt, it will be returned to us.
