Let's dive into the current state of play, potential changes and what it all means for Czechs and visitors alike.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Current legal situation: what is allowed and what is not?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the Czech Republic, cannabis laws are relatively relaxed compared to many other countries. Here is a brief overview of what is currently allowed:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Personal use: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since 2010, possession of small amounts of cannabis (up to 15 grams or cultivation of up to five plants) has been decriminalised.
